Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PXLBASE. The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between PXLBASE and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods via our online shop. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from PXLBASE to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

§3 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

§4 Prices & Payment

All prices stated on the provider's website are inclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax. Payment can be made either by advance payment, credit card, PayPal or direct debit.

§5 Liability

Claims for damages by the customer are excluded. This does not apply to claims for damages by the customer arising from injury to life, limb, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
